RECEIVING CALLS
You must keep your current mobile number as all your customer and providers knows it and they should not be affected by your business moviliy. Also you need to be always reachable so we suggest you two options:
- Connecting your SIP application in your mobile to a Wi-Fi connection you will be able to receive calls comino from yor Netelip number with no extra charges for you.
- In case you do not have any Internet connection. Imagine you travel quite a lot to Turquey, we recommend you to get sim card from the country you are and use it in a turquish mobile. First of all, get a free voip Netelip number and forward to it your incoming calls from your spanish mobile. Parallel, forward your Netelip number to your turquish mobile number, to that you won’t assume high roaming costs. Only pay forward like a call made to a Turquey mobile.
MAKING CALLS
- The cheapest way to make calls is by using your IP device connected to any Internet connection, like your computer, telephone IP or SIP application from a mobile. Use any Wi-Fi connection to makes calls with Netelip rates, wherever you are.
- There is also an option to call from any analogic telephone, connected to our Voip adapter. Use Netelip pack anywhere you are and calls will be charged with our rates and using the caller ID selected in your private area (your mobile number, landline number or any other of your ownership).
In more than 25 countries, we have local access numbers where you can call. Just add to your Netelip account in "My associated numbers" the landline or mobile number you will call, to access to our rates. For instance, in case you are in Sweden using a Swedish mobile, you can call to our number there (46) 812410601, our system will recognize your mobile as associate to any Netelip account, and will allow you go ahead with a call.
